In the intake we invest a lot of time in you: we map out your goal, health and lifestyle and create your plan. By paying for the intake, you start with commitment. We see that reflected in the results.
02Can I take out a membership?
For personal, duo and group training you use a single session or a pass. For HYROX and Open Gym you can take out a membership.
03What does training with pain cost?
With pain, coaching takes place through personal training. The regular personal training prices apply.
04Do you have an offer for businesses?
Yes. We have a vitality package for employer and employee. Ask us for a proposal.
